COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 510/84 of 27 February 1984 fixing the quantities of frozen beef intended for processing which may be imported on special conditions for the first quarter of 1984

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, For the first quarter of 1984, the maximum quantities Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 referred to in Article 14 (4) (a) of Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 shall be as follows : of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act — in respect of the meat referred to in Article 14 ( 1 ) of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 14 (4) (a) of Regulation (EEC) No 805/68, 6 250 tonnes of (a) and (c) thereof, meat, expressed in bone-in meat, Whereas the Council , under the special import system — in respect of the meat referred to in Article 14 ( 1 ) applicable to frozen beef and veal intended for proces­ (b) of the said Regulation, 6 250 tonnes of meat, sing, has drawn up, for the period 1 January to 31 expressed in bone-in meat. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
