COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 712 / 84 of 16 March 1984 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2956/83 and increasing to 1 150 000 tonnes the quantity of bread-making wheat held by the German intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for export has been opened
