amending Regulations (EEC) No 2956/83, (EEC) No 2958/83, (EEC) No 89/84 and (EEC) No 91/84 opening standing invitations to tender for the export of cereals held by intervention agencies

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
