COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 735 /84 of 21 March 1984 amending for the second time Regulation (EEC) No 591 /84 introducing a countervailing charge and suspending the preferential customs duty on imports of apples originating in Turkey

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN charge introduced in application of Article 25 of that COMMUNITIES , Regulation is amended ; whereas, if those conditions are taken into consideration, the countervailing charge Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European on the import of apples originating in Turkey must be Economic Community, altered, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2004/83 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) Article 1 thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 591 /84 of In Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 591 /84, '23,95 7 March 1984 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No ECU' is replaced by '41,18 ECU'. 680/84 (4), introduced a countervailing charge and suspended the application of the preferential customs Article 2 duty on imports of apples originating in Turkey ;

Whereas Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 March 1035/72 laid down the conditions under which a 1984 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
