COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1224/84 of 2 May 1984 introducing a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Poland

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 304/84 of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 6 February 1984 fixing for the 1984 marketing year the reference prices for cucumbers (3) fixed the reference price for products of class I for April 1 984 at 90,14 ECU per 100 kilograms net ; Article 1

A countervailing charge of 27,84 ECU per 100 kilo­ grams net is applied to cucumbers (subheading 07.01 Whereas the entry price for a given exporting country P I of the Common Customs Tariff) originating in is equal to the lowest representative prices recorded for Poland . at least 30 % of the quantities from the exporting country concerned which are marketed on all repre­ sentative markets for which prices are available less the duties and the charges indicated in Article 24 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 ; whereas the meaning Article 2 of representative price is defined in Article 24 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 May 1984.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
