COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1382/84 of 17 May 1984 fixing die corrective amount applicable to the refund on cereals

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : export refunds fixed in advance in respect of cereals shall be as set out in the Annex hereto . Article 1 Article 2 The corrective amount referred to in Article 16 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 which is applicable to This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 May 1984.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
