COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1453/84 of 25 May 1984 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1400/84 on the supply of various lots of butteroil as food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 856/84 (2), and in particular Article 6 (7) thereof, Lot D in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1400/84 Whereas, by way of Regulation (EEC) No 1400/84 (3), is hereby deleted. the Commission has initiated a mobilization pro­ cedure for the supply of various lots of butteroil as Article 2 food aid ; Whereas the WFP (World Food Programme) has This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its altered the food-aid plans, in particular as regards publication in the Official Journal of the European Pakistan : Communities.
