COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1785/84 of 26 June 1984 fixing die import levies on frozen sheepmeat and goatmeat
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN meat of a category which is competitive with fresh or COMMUNITIES, chilled meat and of past experience ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : — for other currencies, an exchange rate based on the arithmetic mean of the spot market rates of each of these currencies recorded over a given period in relation to the Community currencies referred to Article 1 in the previous indent and the aforesaid coeffi cient ; The import levies on frozen sheepmeat and goatmeat shall be as set out in the Annex hereto. Whereas, having regard to the provisions of the above mentioned Regulations and, in particular, to the infor mation and quotations known to the Commission, the Article 2 levies on live sheep and goats and on sheepmeat and goatmeat other than frozen meat should be as set out in the Annex to this Regulation, This Regulation shall enter into force on 2 July 1984.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
