COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1803 / 84 of 27 June 1984 fixing the maximum export refund for white sugar for the ninth partial invitation to tender issued within the framework of the supplementary standing invitation to tender provided for in Regulation ( EEC) No 1881 /83
