COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1998 /84 of 12 July 1984 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1863/84 introducing a countervailing charge on certain varieties of plums originating in Spain

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN charge introduced in application of Article 25 of that COMMUNITIES, Regulation is amended ; whereas, if those conditions are taken into consideration, the countervailing charge Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European on the import of certain varieties of plums originating Economic Community, in Spain must be altered, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1332/84 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) Article 1 thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1863/84 In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 1863/84, '8,49 of 29 June 1984 0, as amended by Regulation (EEC) ECU' is hereby replaced by ' 13,11 ECU'.
