fixing the aid for cotton

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 3 and 4 of Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2183 / 81 COMMUNITIES , of 30 July 1981 laying down rules implementing the system of aid for cotton (4), as last amended by Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 21 18 / 84 (') ; whereas the world market Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European price is determined on the basis of the most favourable Economic Community, offers and quotations recorded, excluding offers and quotations which cannot be regarded as representative Having regard to the Act of Accession of Greece, and of the real market trend ; in particular paragraphs 3 and 10 of Protocol 4 thereto.

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2

Article1¶

The aid for unginned cotton referred to in Article 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 2169/81 shall be 29,995 ECU per 100 kilograms . This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 July 1984.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
