COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2595 / 84 of 12 September 1984 fixing the maximum export refund for white sugar for the fourth partial invitation to tender issued within the framework of the principle standing invitation to tender provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 2382/84
