COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2602/84 of 13 September 1984 temporarily suspending intervention buying in of beef in Denmark

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 Article 1 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act In application of Article 3 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 6 (5) 868/84, intervention buying in shall be suspended (b) thereof, from 17 September 1984 in the following Member State for the following classes : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 868/84 in Denmark : of 31 March 1984 fixing the guide price and the inter­ vention price for adult bovine animals for the 1984/85 Category A, classes R2, R3. marketing year (2), and in particular Article 3 ( 1 ) and (4) (b), Article 2

Whereas the situation of the market in Denmark is This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its such that the application of the abovementioned rules publication in the Official Journal of the European is required ; Communities.
