COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2850/ 84 of 9 October 1984 altering the corrective amount applicable to the refund on cereals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN market into account, the corrective amount at present COMMUNITIES , applicable to the refund on cereals should be altered, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organi­ zation of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1018 /84 (2), and in particular the Article 1 fourth sentence of the second subparagraph of Article 16(4) thereof, The corrective amount referred to in Article 1 6 (4) of Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75, fixed in the Annex to 2746/75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general rules amended Regulation ( EEC) No 2676/84, which is for granting export refunds on cereals and criteria for applicable to the export refunds fixed in advance in fixing the amount of such refunds (3), respect of cereals, is hereby altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto .
