COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3028/84 of 29 October 1984 altering die monetary compensatory amounts in the pigmeat sector

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas a check has revealed errors in Annex VII of COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 900/84 ; whereas, therefore, the Annex in question should be corrected, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture following the tempo­ Article 1 rary widening of the margins of fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member States ('), as last amended 1 . The column headed 'EXX&8a' in part 2 of Annex by Regulation (EEC) No 855/84 (2), and in particular I to Regulation (EEC) No 900/84 is hereby replaced by Article 3 thereof, that in Annex I to this Regulation. Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2. The 'United Kingdom' and 'Italia' columns in 1223/83 of 20 May 1983 on the exchange rates to be part 2 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 900/84 are applied in agriculture (3), as amended by Regulation hereby deleted. (EEC) No 855/84, 3. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
