COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3140/84 of 9 November 1984 abolishing the corrective amount on import of cucumbers originating in Greece into the Community of Nine

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN has been fixed for that product ; whereas Commission COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 305/84 of 6 February 1984 (2) fixed Community offer prices for cucumbers until 10 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European November 1984 ; whereas in these circumstances Economic Community, Regulation (EEC) No 3033/84 of 30 October 1984 introducing a corrective amount for Greek cucum­ Having regard to the Act of Accession of Greece, bers (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3088 /84 (4), should therefore be repealed, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 10/81 of 1 January 1981 fixing, in respect of fruit and vege­ tables, the general rules for implementing the 1979 Act of Accession ('), and in particular Article 9 (2) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : thereof,
