COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3470/84 of 11 December 1984 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2672/84, opening an invitation to tender for the sale for export of olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Oils and Fats, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC Article 1 of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), Article 1 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 2672/84 is hereby as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2260/84 (2), replaced by the following : and in particular Article 12 (4) thereof, '3 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
