COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3483/84 of 12 December 1984 altering the export refunds on fruit and vegetables
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this COMMUNITIES, Regulation, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 332/84 (2), and in The export refunds on fruit and vegetables fixed in the particular Article 30 (5) thereof, Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2974/84 are hereby Whereas the export refunds on fruit and vegetables altered as shown in the Annex hereto . were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 2974/84 (3) ; Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria Article 2 and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2974/84 to the information at present available to This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1985 . the Commission, that the export refunds at present in
