COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3715/84 of 28 December 1984 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 900/84 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Beef and COMMUNITIES, Veal has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture following the tempo­ rary widening of the margins of fluctuation for the Article 1 currencies of certain Member States ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 004/84 (2), and in particular Article 6 thereof, The columns headed ' Deutschland' and ' Nederland' in part 3 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 900/84 are Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts intro­ hereby replaced by those given in the Annex to this duced by Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Regulation .
