COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 86/85 of 11 January 1985 fixing the export refunds on beef and veal

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : whereas, if the refund system is to operate normally, refunds should be calculated on the following basis : — in the case of currencies which are maintained in relation to each other at any given moment within a band of 2,25 % , a rate of exchange based on Article 1 their central rate, multiplied by the coefficient provided for in Article 2b (2) of Regulation (EEC) The list of products on which the export refund No 974/71 ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) referred to in Article 18 of Regulation (EEC) No No 855/84 (2), 805/68 is granted and the amount of that refund shall — for other currencies, an exchange rate based on the be as set out in the Annex hereto . arithmetic mean of the spot market rates of each of these currencies recorded over a given period in relation to the Community currencies referred to in the previous indent, and the aforesaid coeffi­ cient ; Article 2

NB : Article 7 of Regulation (EEC) No 885/68 provides that no export refunds shall be granted on products imported from third countries and re-exported to third countries.
