COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 126/85 of 16 January 1985 postponing the date for the take-over of beef and veal offered for sale by the intervention agencies under Regulation (EEC) No 2374/79

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the Article 1 market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act of Accesssion of Greece, and in particular Article 7 (3) In Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 2374/79, '31 thereof, January 1984' is hereby replaced by '31 March 1984'.
