COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 127/85 of 16 January 1985 amending certain selling prices of beef and veal offered for sale by the interven­ tion agencies under Regulation (EEC) No 984/81

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act Article 1 of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 7 (3), thereof, Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 984/81 is hereby Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 984/81 (2), replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3603/84 (3), fixes certain selling prices of beef and veal taken over Article 2 by the intervention agencies before 1 April 1984 ; Whereas it appears necessary to put on sale certain This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 January cuts of hindquarters held by the intervention agencies ; 1985 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

(') Falls die Lagerung der Erzeugnisse außerhalb des für die betreffende Interventionsstelle zuständi­ gen Mitgliedstaats erfolgt, werden diese Preise gemäß den Vorschriften der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1805/77 angepaßt.
