COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 239/85 of 29 January 1985 on the supply of rice for non-governmental organizations (NGO) as food aid

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

Notes : 1 . The successful tenderer shall contact the recipient in order to ascertain which shipping documents are required. 2.
