COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 907/85 of 2 April 1985 amending for the second time Regulation (EEC) No 354/85 opening a standing invitation to tender for the sale of olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community, In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 354/85 the Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC following paragraph is hereby added : of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), 'The following supplementary quantities are added as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 231 /85 (2), to the quantities mentioned above for the third and in particular Article 12 (4), series of offers :

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 354/85 (3), — approximately 600 tonnes of fine virgin olive as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 580/85 (4), oil, opened a standing invitation to tender for the sale on — approximately 2 200 tonnes of ordinary olive the internal market of a certain quantity of olive oil oil, held by the Italian intervention agency ; — approximately 8 000 tonnes of virgin lampante Whereas the state of the market in olive oil is at oilive oil .' present favourable for the sale of an additional quan tity of certain qualities of olive oil already put up for Article 2 sale ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its are in accordance with the opinion of the Management publication in the Official Journal of the European Committee for Oils and Fats, Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
