COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 908/85 of 2 April 1985 amending Regulation (EEC) No 355/85 opening a standing invitation to tender for the sale of olive oil held by the Greek intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Oils and Fats, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC Article 1 of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 355/85 the as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 231 /85 (2), following paragraph is hereby added : and in particular Article 12 (4) thereof, 'The following supplementary quantities are added to the quantities mentioned above for the third Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 355/85 (3) series of offers : opened a standing invitation to tender for the sale on — approximately 2 750 tonnes of virgin lampante the internal market of a certain quantity of olive oil olive oil .' held by the Greek intervention agency ; Article 2 Whereas the state of the market in olive oil is at present favourable for the sale of an additional quan­ This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its tity of certain qualities of olive oil already put up for publication in the Official Journal of the European sale : Communities.
