COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 910/85 of 3 April 1985 re-establishing intervention buying in of beef in Denmark

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act Article 1 of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 6 (5) In application of Article 3 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No (b) thereof, 868/84, intervention buying in shall be re-established Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 868/84 from 8 April 1985 for. the following class in Denmark : of 31 March 1984 fixing the guide price and the inter­ Category C, class R3 vention price for adult bovine animals for the 1984/85 marketing year (2), and in particular Article 3 ( 1 ) and Article 2 (4) (b) thereof,
