fixing the threshold prices for certain milk products for the 1985 / 86 milk year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Pilot product ECU / 100 kg of the group of products Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community , 1 57,08 2 195,57 Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 804 / 68 of 3 277,27 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in 4 102,63 milk and milk products 0 ), as last amended by Regulation 5 136,02 ( EEC ) No 1298 / 85 ( 2 ), and in particular Article 4 6 351,01 thereof, 7 396,13 8 327,44 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ( 3 ), 9 608,17 10 355,41 Whereas threshold prices should be fixed so that , taking 11 326,74 account of the protection required for the Community 12 94,56 processing industry , the prices of imported milk products correspond to the level of the target price for milk ; whereas , consequently , the threshold price should be fixed on the basis of the target price for milk , taking into account the relationship which should be established between the value 2 . The pilot products referred to in paragraph 1 are those of milkfat and that of skimmed milk , as well as the specified in Annex I to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No standardized costs and yields for each of the milk products in 2915 / 79 of 18 December 1979 determining the groups of question ; whereas a fixed amount should be included to products and the special provisions for calculating levies on ensure adequate protection of the Community processing milk and milk products ( 4 ), as last amended by Regulation industry , ( EEC ) No 1300 / 85 ( 5 ).

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2

Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its 1 . The threshold prices for the 1985 / 86 milk year shall be publication in the Official Journal of the European as follows : Communities .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
