COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1420/85 of 30 May 1985 on the supply of common wheat to Haiti as food aid

Having regard to the opinion of the Monetary Article 2 Committee, This Regulation shall enter into force on the day Whereas on 3 July 1984 the Commission of the following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities decided to grant, under European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
