determining the extent to which applications lodged in July 1985 for the issue of import licences in respect of frozen beef intended for processing may be accepted

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Economic Community, Committee for Beef and Veal,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act Article 1 of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 14 (4) (a) thereof, 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
