THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN must be calculated in conformity with Article 3 of

COMMUNITIES, Commission Regulation (EEC) No 552/85 (2),

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European

Article1¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member
