COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC ) No 2887 / 85 of 20 May 1985 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Federative Republic of Brazil on trade in textile products

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , in textile products is hereby approved on behalf of the Community . Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community , and in particular Article 113 The text of the Agreement is attached to this Regulation . thereof,

Having regard to the recommendation from the Commission , Article 2

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 3 Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day The Agreement between the European Economic following its publication in the Official Journal of the Community and the Federative Republic of Brazil on trade European Communities .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
