THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 3 . HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Article 1 Communities. The following paragraph is added to Article 7 of Regu­ lation ( EEC) No 2670/85 : It shall apply with effect from 24 September 1985.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
