concerning Annexes III and VII to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 2072 / 84 on common rules for imports of certain textile products originating in the People's Republic of China
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it is appropriate to establish the 1986 allocation COMMUNITIES , between Member States of these quantitative limits for economic outward processing trade ;
Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European in accordance with the opinion of the Textile Committee, Economic Community , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 2072 / 84 of 29 June 84 on common rules for imports of certain Article 1 textile products originating in China ('), and in particular Article 18 and Annex VII , Article 1 thereof , The allocation for 1986 of the Community quantitative Whereas , in Annex III to Regulation ( EEC ) No 2072 / 84 , it limits referred to in Annex III to Regulation ( EEC ) is stated that the allocations as between Member States of No 2072 / 84 is set out in Annex A hereto . quantitative limits for 1986 have been published for the purposes of information and that the final version shall be Article 2 the subject of a Community Regulation at the beginning of 1986 ; The 1986 allocation between Member States of the OPT quantitative limits referred to in the Appendix to Whereas it is appropriate to provide for 1986 the same Annex VII to Regulation ( EEC ) No 2072 ' 84 is set out in allocations as those published in Annex III to Regulation Annex B hereto . ( EEC ) No 2072 / 84 ;
Article 3 Whereas the abovementioned Regulation provides that the allocations between Member States of quantitative limits specific to outward processing trade ( OPT ) imports for This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following 1984 to 1988 are carried out in accordance with the its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities . procedure laid down in Article 16 ;
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
