COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC ) No 3801 / 85 of 20 December 1985 fixing the basic duties levied on imports into Spain of certain products in the oils and fats sector

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas account is taken of the average level of such duties and of the prices of the products concerned in the 1 984 / 1 985 marketing year ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community . Whereas , under Article 2 ( 3 ) of the Treaty of Accession of Spain and Portugal , the institutions of the Communities Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal , may adopt , before accession , the measures referred to in and in particular Article 91 thereof, Article 91 of the Act of Accession ,

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ,

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1986 , subject to the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of Spain and Portugal .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
