COUNCIL DIRECTIVE of 18 December 1986 amending Directive 79 / 174 / EEC concerning the flood protection programme in the Herault Valley

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Article 1

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 6 ( 1 ) of Directive 79 / 174 / EEC shall be replaced by Economic Community , and in particular Article 43 , the following: thereof, ' 1 . The duration of the measures shall be 10 years Having regard to the proposal from the Commission (*), from the date on which this Directive is to apply .'
