COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 50/86 of 10 January 1986 amending certain selling prices of beef and veal offered for sale by the intervention agencies under Regulation (EEC) No 984/81

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act of Acces­ Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 984/81 is hereby sion of Greece, and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 984/ 81 (2), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3215/85 (3), fixes certain selling prices of beef and veal taken over by the Article 2 intervention agencies ; Whereas in the light of current market trends, the selling The security provided for in Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) price of certain hindquarters and forequarters should be altered : No 985/81 is fixed at 160 ECU per 100 kilograms.

Whereas it is necessary to provide for the lodging of a security of a sufficient amount to guarantee the export of the said meat ; Article 3 Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 January Committee for Beef and Veal , 1986 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
