COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 106/86 of 21 January 1986 amending Regulations ( EEC) No 2924/85 and (EEC) No 3301 /85 opening standing invitations to tender for the export of bread-making wheat held by the French intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/85 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3768/85 (2), and in particular Article 7 (5) thereof,

Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and conditions for the disposal of cereals held by the interven Article 3 of Regulations (EEC) No 2924/85 and (EEC) No tion agencies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3301 /85 is replaced by the following : 3447/85 (4), 'Article 3 Whereas the validity for export licences in respect of which the refund is fixed in advance should be increased The export licences shall be valid from their date of issue, within the meaning of Article 9 of Regulation for the standing invitations to tender opened by Regula (EEC) No 1836/82, until the end of the fourth month tions (EEC) No 2924/ 85 (5) and (EEQ No 3301 /85 (6), as following.' last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3572/85 Q and (EEC) No 105/86 (8) ;

Whereas these provisions do not affect export licences of Article 2 which the advance fixing of the refund has been requested prior to 22 January 1986 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 Janury 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
