COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 121 / 86 of 22 January 1986 fixing the maximum export refund for white sugar for the 23rd partial invitation to tender issued within the framework of the principal standing invitation to tender provided for in Regulation ( EEC) No 2236/85

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, following an examination of the tenders COMMUNITIES, submitted in response to the 23rd partial invitation to tender, the provisions set out in Article 1 should be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European adopted ; Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 in accordance with the opinion of the Management of 30 June 1981 on the common organization of the Committee for Sugar, markets in the sugar sector ('), as last amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 3768 /85 (2), and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 19 (4) (b) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
