COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 173/86 of 27 January 1986 fixing the quantities of pigmeat to be offered for sale by invitation to tender and at a fixed price in February 1986 pursuant to Article 2 (a) of Regulation (EEC) No 2858/85 and publishing the results of the invitation to tender of 16 January 1986
