COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 212/86 of 31 January 1986 fixing the export refunds on olive oil

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, — the need to avoid disturbances on the Community market, and

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European — the economic aspect of the proposed exports ; Economic Community,

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Article 2 in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Oils and Fats, This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
