COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 291 /86 of 10 February 1986 abolishing the countervailing charge on apples originating in Romania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, ( EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the counter­ vailing charge on imports of apples originating in Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Romania can be abolished , Economic Community.

Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 167/ 86 of (') Regulation (EEC) No 167/ 86 is hereby repealed . introduced a countervailing charge on apples originating in Romania ; Article 2 Whereas for this product originating in Romania there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 1 February the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation 1986 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
