Having regard to the opinion of the Monetary Committee, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies on cereals and malt were fixed by Commission Regulation Article 1 (EEC) No 2160/85 (4) and subsequent amending Regula­ tions ; The premiums referred to in Article 15 of Regulation Whereas, if the levy system is to operate normally, levies (EEC) No 2727/75 to be added to the import levies fixed should be calculated on the following basis : in advance in respect of cereals and malt shall be as set out in the Annex hereto . — in the case of currencies which are maintained in rela­ tion to each other at any given moment within a band of 2,25 % , a rate of exchange based on their central Article 2 rate, multiplied by the corrective factor provided for in the last paragraph of Article 3 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 February No 1676/85, 1986 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
