COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 412/86 of 24 February 1986 amending Regulation (EEC) No 91 /86 on the sale at prices fixed at a standard rate in advance of certain beef from intervention stocks for processing in the Community

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Regulation (EEC) No 91 /86 is hereby amended as follows : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market 1 . After the sixth indent of Article 1 ( 1 ) an additional indent shall be added : in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3768 /85 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, 4— 500 tonnes of bone-in beef held by the French intervention agency and bought in before 1 December 1984'. Whereas, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 91 /86 (3), certain quantities of beef were released from 2. Annex I and Annex II are hereby replaced by Annex I intervention and were put up for sale for processing ; and Annex II of this Regulation . whereas further possible outlets for meat held by certain intervention agencies should be taken into account ; Article 2

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its in accordance with the opinion of the Management publication in the Official Journal of the European Committee for Beef and Veal, Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
