COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 567/86 of 28 February 1986 fixing the import levies on white sugar and raw sugar
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, present in force should be altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 30 June 1981 on the common organization of the markets in the sugar sector ('), as last amended by Regula Article 1 tion (EEC) No 3768/85 (2), and in particular Article 16 (8) thereof, The import levies referred to in Article 16 ( 1 ) of Regula Whereas the import levies on white sugar and raw sugar tion (EEC) No 1785/81 shall be, in respect of white sugar were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No and standard quality raw sugar, as set out in the Annex 1 809/85 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No hereto. 523/86 (4) Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules Article 2 contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1809/85 to the infor mation known to the Commission that the levies at This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1986.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
