THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAD ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,

Article5¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1986 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
