fixing for 1986 the initial quotas for imports into Portugal of certain floricultural products from the Canary Islands

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European for Fruit and Vegetables , Economic Community ,

Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Portugal ,

Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 502 / 86 of 25 February 1986 laying down detailed rules for quantitative 1 . Whereas Article 3 ( 2 ) ( b ) of Regulation ( EEC ) No 502 / 86 Article 3 provides that the Portuguese authorities are to communicate to the Commission information relating to the management of the quotas ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1986 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
