COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 668/86 of 7 March 1986 introducing a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Spain except in the Canary Islands

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, cucumbers originating in Spain can be abolished (except in the Canary Islands) ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European . Whereas for cucumbers originating in Spain (except in the Canary Islands) there were no prices for six consecu­ tive working days ; whereas the conditions specified in Article 2 Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are there­ fore fulfilled and the countervailing chage on imports of This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 March 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
