COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 746/8$ of 12 March 1986 fixing the maximum export refund for white sugar for the 30th partial invitation to tender issued within the framework of the principal standing invitation to tender provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 2236/85

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, following an examination of the tenders COMMUNITIES, submitted in response to the 30th partial invitation to tender, the provisions set out in Article 1 should be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European adopted ; Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 in accordance with the opinion of the Management of 30 June 1981 on the common organization of the Committee for Sugar, markets in the sugar sector ('), as last amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 3768/85 (2), and in" particular the first subparagraph of Article 19 (4) (b) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2236/85 of 29 July 1985 on a principal standing invitation to tender in order to determine levies and/or refunds on exports of Article 1 white sugar (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 705/86 (4), requires partial invitations to tender to be The maximum export refund for the 30th partial issued for the export of this sugar ; invitation to tender for white sugar issued under Regulation (EEC) No 2236/85 is hereby fixed at 42,619 Whereas, pursuant to Article 9 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No ECU per 100 kilograms. 2236/85, a maximum export refund shall be fixed, as the case may be, account being taken in particular of the state and foreseeable development of the Community and Article 2 world markets in sugar, for the partial invitation to tender in question ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 13 March 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
