COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 761 /86 of 14 March 1986 repealing Regulation (EEC) No 662/86 on the supply of common wheat to the People's Republic of Bangladesh as food aid

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the Article 1 market in cereals (2), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Regulation (EEC) No 662/86 is hereby repealed. No 3793/85 (3), and in particular Article 28 thereof, Whereas an invitation to tender for the supply of 70 000 Article 2 tonnes of common wheat to Bangladesh as food aid was issued by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 662/86 (4) ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day whereas, in view of the fact that the recipient country has following its publication in the Official Journal of the asked for new conditions to be applied with regard to European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
