COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 792/ 86 of 18 March 1986 determining the extent to which applications lodged in February 1986 for the issue of import licences in respect of frozen beef intended for processing may be accepted

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, of Regulation (EEC) No 805/68, to reduce proportionally the quantities applied for ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Economic Community, in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to Council Reglation (EC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3768/85 (2), and in particular Article 14 (4) (a) thereof, Article 1

1 .
